Happy Father’s Day to all the awesome dads out there!

You know, your dad starts becoming really relevant when you hit adulthood, and even more when you start working. Here are some things my dad constantly drilled into me (super helpful now, not so much then):

  • Health is wealth: Exercise every day. It’s crazy seeing him go for a run every morning.
  • Study hard: No matter what, good grades don’t hurt.
  • Give it your best shot: It’s fine if you fail, just keep trying.
  • Drive slow: (Yet my dad thinks he’s vintage Schumi on the road.)
  • Take a break when necessary.
  • Good sleep: The solution for all stress.
  • Take it slow: When there’s too much going on, take a breather and you’ll start finding solutions
  • Wake up early: This solves 90% of problems (Hmmm!!!)
  • Money is a tool: Give it enough importance, but remember, experiences are more valuable.
  • Be grateful: Don’t forget to appreciate what you already have.
